Account Management

3.1 Account Closure Request

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending transactions will be settled before the account is closed.

Deposits and Withdrawals

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method).

5.2 Bonus Wagering Requirements

• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 15 times.
• Wagering must be completed within the specified time after receiving the bonus.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn — only winnings earned through wagering may be withdrawn.

5.3 Promotion Abuse

If there is evidence of fraudulently obtaining bonus or promotion benefits, tk999p reserves the right to cancel the bonus from the associated account and suspend the account.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all games and sports betting activities available on the tk999p platform:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If any game or bet ends invalidly due to a technical error, tk999p reserves the right to void that bet.
• For sports betting, official results shall be considered final.
• Abnormal payouts displayed as a result of a software or system error are not valid and the right to correct them is reserved.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

8. Operating or assisting with an account on behalf of a minor (under 21 years of age).
